return and refund policy
we are really sorry that we have let you down and you are unhappy with your product.
we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. you’ll also need proof of purchase.
to start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. when your return is processed, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted so please let us know first.
please note, you will need to pay for return postage.
damages and issues
please check your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. if there is anything wrong we apologise and we will gladly rectify any problems.
get in touch via email, including your order number, contact details and a short description of the issue. we will ensure to respond and have a resolution for any issues within 2 working days.
we will cover the cost of return for damaged or defective products.
exceptions / non-returnable items
unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom products (such as special orders or customised items), sale items or gift cards.
we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund is approved. once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund to your account.
