🧪 phytotech began experimenting with industrial hemp 🌱 & discovered it can be used to clean up: metals, pesticides, solvents, explosives, crude oil and toxins
🌱 growing hemp around the abandoned chernobyl nuclear power plant ☢️ dramatically reduced soil toxicity
🍽 although this hemp cannot be consumed it is used for biofuel ⛽️
💭 it was once thought that chernobyl wouldn’t be habitable for 20,000 years but with hemp 🌱 regenerating the land it will be much sooner!
